This is very Finest story related with scottish history.

I think history would reveal that the
Bonnie prince Charlie saga is not at all
as romantic as it has been made out to be.
The truth is that had all Scots come out
in support of the Jacobite rebellion, maybe
he could have usurped the British throne.
he had little popular support south of Sirling and none
to speak off in England.
In the end exiled, deboched and peniless the Stewart
was maintained by British handlouts. In some ways similar
to King Edward & wallis Simpson in our era.
