I've seen a number of good reviews about this, but I've not yet met anyone who has used it.

Have you used it ?

What are the disadvantages ?

Hi folks, I have used Family Historian (for my own family history) for a number of years. It is an excellent programme with lots of support through the Family Historian User Group (FHUG)http://www.fhug.org.uk/
The programme is very comprehensive and so takes a bit of time to learn. There are very good tutorials on line and in a manual. Once you get to know it, the diagrams, and reports that can be produced are very good. I would highly recommend it...Regards...Shaun

I am not familiar with the software Family Historian and, therefore, have no experience with it. I use Family Tree Maker and Roots Magic for data, but do my own writing of biographies, etc. Sorry, I can't help. Boyd
