I am hoping someone will be able to assist me in finding the cemetery where my 2nd great grandmother is buried. I have a photo of her headstone taken circa 1920, which bears her name Janet (Calder) Whitelaw d. 1868 and also her daughter Mary Jane (Whitelaw) Nicolson d. 1903 or 1908. Janet died in Dunse. Mary Jane was born in Dunse but had been living in Fife in 1901 and I am not sure where she was living at the time of her death.
I am planning a trip to Scotland in March 2012 and I would love to visit their grave. Any suggestions as to how I might identify the burial grounds? Any help would be most appreciated. Cheers, Lorraine
