Posted - 20 November 2011 : 11:15:02 I am looking for any information regarding the Selkirk West United Presbyterian Church built around 1880 and demolished in the early 1980s I have copies of the plans of the church designed by John Bennie Wilson from Glasgow. The stained glass windows and any really any information or images are of particular interest. |

Posted - 21 November 2011 : 22:19:02 Hello The only information I have is a photograph & transcription of the WW1 memorial which was installed into the parish church.
The Churches and churchyards of Selkirkshire by Dr G A C Binnie has some information on the church - unfortunately, I have mislaid my copy so can't confirm anything.
Have you tried http://www.selkirkshireantiquariansociety.co.uk ?
