This year I discovered an old photograph album, mainly portraits taken by Davidson of Dunse. Only two have been named. One was probably of my great grandmother and another of an Isobel Robertson. There were also photographs of schoolchildren c1860 to 1865. I put the school photos and one of a house [looks as though it may be a lodge house] on Facebook Dunse History page. However there have been no responses. Perhaps the photos are from another area of the Borders. Would love it if someone recognised the building/schoolchildren/house. I may be looking for a miracle! Thanks for reading this anyway.
