| Occasionally, we get a message saying that no one has answered a message submitted on the Contacts page.
After you press the Send Information button on the Contacts page, the information is checked to ensure that what you've sent has an email address.
Your message is then sent by email to the relevant member in our Management Team.
The team members are all volunteers, many of them with jobs to do and families to look after, and they may be ill or on holiday, so please do not expect quick responses.
They will answer your message if it appears to need a reply - a question mark can help.
That answer goes by email to the address you provided, however if it's not correct, you won't get the reply.
Some domains, especially free ones, like Yahoo may put the email into a Spam or Bulk mail folder.
Unfortunately some others (like AOL, Earthlink, and Hotmail) delete all emails unless you have the sender's address in your address book.
We use the following mailboxes to send emails from the website
all at our bordersfhs.org.uk domain.
If you use AOL, Earthlink, or Hotmail or an ISP that has a similar policy please add these addresses to your address book.
If you haven't had an answer to your message after a reasonable time, please ensure the above addresses are in your address book, and then send a message stating your question, and who you tried to contact, using the contact type Contact the Webmaster, and I'll look into it.
