Looking for any information on a James Goodfellow. All i know is he got married to Margaret Thorburn on 14 Oct 1827. She died 4 Nov 1881 any information would be greatly appreciated
Although your James Goodfellow is not in my Goodfellow family tree (yet), I have come across him before and it seems he proclaimed his marriage twice - 14 Oct 1827 Wilton, Roxburghshire and 19 Oct 1827 Hobkirk, Roxburghshire. I dont know too much about him but Margaret died in Galashiels, Selkirkshire and they had at least one child - named George.
